The main product the Watcher is a new developed Watching device based on IoT (Internet of Things) principle and the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence). The start-up company had developed a watching device that will monitor ANY existing immuno-analyzer / Analyzer in regard of performance, functionality, location, instrument status, communication status and security.

The watching device is an independent device with no interference to the instrument under his watching. The Watcher monitors autonomously for customer any analyzer.  The Watching Device provide for customer (Manufacturer, Distributor, End-User, Insurance Company and others) status report that help for maintenance, Service cost reduction, Efficiency increase, Regulatory monitoring, Security and more. It will be useful for Manufacturer, Distributor and End User in different ways, providing independent reports.

Since the new IVDR state that End-User, Distributors, Manufacturer will be legally responsible, an independent event/quality report will be required as a must to have in the industry. This aspect of the business is important since each participant in the loop of using a medical device will be all equally responsible.

 Efficiency and Cost Reduction Advantages

The services of the Watcher are monthly based services going by package of report and subscription. The customer builds his subscription based on their needs.

The Watcher can archive event, day to day use, warning, performance evaluation, Maintenance evaluation, hardware check, hardware spot check and following up.  The different Archive can be sent by email, by SMS and by file transfer. Therefore, each customer following their monthly subscription can be advised/reported by different mean at different time.
