Customer Subscription

The Watcher is a tool that is used for observation and make archive under a secured cloud, the watcher has no interference with the operation of the analyzer neither have any connection with it.  The Watcher do not evaluate, it archives situations and tendency. The customer will have to make his own conclusion. The main functions are to watch, analyze, study and organize report.

The subscription is a monthly rental service based on the different kind of use that are selected by the customer, the type of image used (pictures or movie) and the duration of storage.  The Watcher is to be installed on an analyzer to collect information about different parameters such the performance, the hardware, the maintenance, the emergency, the daily routine, the monthly routine and more. The information collected is sent to the cloud and archived to prepare the different customer analyzed. Different remote actions can be done with the Watcher. This setup is able to identify the many selections done by the customer and parameters linked to the duration of storage and the mean to send it.
 

After the login for subscription, a table for the customer selection will be available to be done per instrument.
Depending on the need on each instrument monitored, the Kind of use selection could be different and should be adjusted for each site. For the very stable customer, the need could be to archive the use only and for a short archiving period. For unstable and peaky customer, the selection should comprise remote support and intensive archiving. So, the subscription price will vary from one instrument to another. The monthly subscription could vary and be modified per watcher each month and a subscription can be cancelled any time.
